Two cousins and a teal truck

Bảo grew up folding bánh mì at his family's bakery in North Austin, before school every morning. Vy spent five years running catering for a restaurant group downtown.

In 2021 they bought a used truck, painted it the color of their grandmother's kitchen and parked it on Kramer Ln on a Monday. The name is a year: their grandparents arrived in Texas in 1979.

Ordered from my desk, walked down at 12:10, and my bánh mì was in a bag with my name on it.
