Cakes for
the happy
days.

Custom cakes and Vietnamese bakes on Wilson Blvd. Design yours, and pick it up two days later.

A cake is born.

  1. 5:00 am

Pandan chiffon, out of the oven.

Trâm bakes the sponge before sunrise, with pandan leaves blended that morning.

  2. 5:40 am

    Whipped cream and strawberries.

Cream whipped soft, strawberries halved one by one and set around the edge.

  3. 6:10 am

    A second layer of chiffon.

Pressed down gently, so the cream meets the edge all the way round.

  4. 6:45 am

    Strawberry-milk cream, smoothed all around.

One thin coat to hold the crumbs, then a second one for the finish.

  5. 7:20 am

    Rosettes, berries and kiwi.

Quỳnh pipes every rosette by hand, then tucks the fruit in between.

  6. 7:50 am

Candles in. The door opens at 8.

Order yours two days ahead and it is waiting on the counter when you walk in.
